Right-to-Know Procedures

Resolutions 10-09-10 Change of Address and 11-12-08 Open Records Policy set forth Peters Township Sanitary Authority’s Right-to-Know Policy for requesting and processing public records requests in accordance with Pennsylvania’s Right-To-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the Open Records Officer.

All requests for review and/or duplication of public records shall be submitted to the Sanitary Authority in writing and submitted in the following manner:

BY MAIL: To Open Records Officer, 111 Bell Drive, McMurray PA 15317

BY FAX: 724-941-2283

Please include the name, address, and telephone number of the individual who is to receive the Authority’s response and the manner in which the Sanitary Authority may use to provide the information to the requestor such as via U.S. mail, pick-up, email, or fax.
